Refund Policy – Bright Gaza
At Bright Gaza, we operate as a platform connecting clients and freelancers for buying and selling digital products. We are committed to protecting the rights of all parties and ensuring a safe and fair experience.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and dispute resolutions are subject to the following terms:
1. Nature of Digital Products
- All products listed on Bright Gaza are digital and intangible.
- Products are delivered electronically via the platform or through approved digital channels.
- Digital products cannot be refunded once fully downloaded or delivered, except in the cases outlined below.
2. Cases Where Refund or Intervention is Allowed
Clients may request a refund or open a dispute only under the following circumstances:
- The digital product was not received after payment was completed.
- The product received is materially different from the description shown on the platform.
- There is a technical issue or clear deficiency that prevents the product from being used as described.
- The freelancer failed to deliver the work within the agreed-upon timeframe.
In such cases, Bright Gaza intervenes as a neutral guarantor to verify the request and protect the rights of both parties.
3. Cases Where Refund is Not Applicable
Clients are not entitled to request a refund in the following cases:
- The digital product has been fully downloaded or received and matches the description.
- The request is based on a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- The product has been used or modified after delivery.
- The dispute relates to personal preferences that do not indicate a defect.
- Direct agreements made between the client and freelancer outside the platform.
4. Dispute Procedure and Platform Role
- The client must submit a dispute request within 7 days of delivery.
- A written explanation and any supporting evidence must be provided.
- The Bright Gaza team will review the request and communicate with both parties.
- Decisions are made based on:
- The original product description
- The agreed terms
- Evidence provided by both parties
- The platform’s decision is final and binding on both parties.
5. Refund Process
If the refund is approved:
- The amount will be returned to the client in full or partially, depending on the case.
- The payment may be temporarily held in the escrow system until the dispute is resolved.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method or as platform credit, according to the system used.
- The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days.
6. Freelancer Responsibilities
Freelancers are required to:
- Deliver the product according to the agreed description.
- Adhere to the agreed timeline.
- Respond to client inquiries during the project period.
- Make agreed-upon revisions within the scope of the request.
Failure to comply may result in:
- Deduction of payment
- Order cancellation
- Administrative action within the platform
7. Bright Gaza Platform Liability
- The platform acts as a mediator and organizer and is not directly responsible for product delivery.
- The platform is not liable for agreements made outside of it.
- The platform does not guarantee commercial results or profits from using digital products.
- Its role is limited to managing payments, verifying transactions, and resolving disputes fairly.
8. Policy Updates
Bright Gaza reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The updated version will be published on the platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
