AI and Web Application Developer – Azure, CRM & ERP Integrations (Remote, UAE-Based Company)

We are looking for an experienced AI and Web Application Developer to build AI bots and agents connected to our CRM and ERP data, and to turn internally developed concepts and cloud-based applications into scalable solutions hosted on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI bots and agents (chat assistants, automation agents) connected to CRM and ERP data (Dynamics 365 / Business Central).
• Turn internally developed concepts and prototypes into production-ready web applications.
• Design and build APIs and integrations with Microsoft business systems.
• Deploy, host and scale solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry).
• Apply good engineering practices: version control, testing, security and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience building web applications and APIs (.NET / Node.js / Python, React or similar).
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based bots and agents (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, LangChain or similar).
• Experience with Azure cloud hosting and deployment.
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365, Business Central or other CRM / ERP systems is highly valuable.
• Advanced, proven technical capability is required. This is not an entry-level role.
• Good command of English.
