PMO BIM Engineer – Revit, Navisworks & BIM Coordination (Remote, UAE-Based Company)

We are looking for a PMO BIM Engineer to provide BIM engineering, coordination, monitoring and technical support to the Project Management Office across multiple construction projects. You will review and coordinate BIM models and drawings, track BIM deliverables against project schedules, maintain BIM standards and issue registers, and support multidisciplinary coordination with Project Managers, Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Consultants, Contractors and site teams, all remotely.

Responsibilities
- Review BIM models submitted by project teams and stakeholders (architectural, structural, MEP and other disciplines); run clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination; track issues to resolution.
- Monitor BIM deliverables against approved schedules and milestones; maintain deliverable trackers and dashboards; escalate delays and critical technical issues.
- Support implementation of company BIM standards, procedures, templates and naming conventions; review project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Provide technical guidance on BIM issues; participate in coordination meetings; help resolve discrepancies between models and drawings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly BIM progress, clash and coordination reports; maintain issue registers, action trackers and audit-ready BIM records.
- Support effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE); ensure correct versions, file naming and document control.
- Provide daily/weekly progress updates, attend online BIM coordination and project meetings and remain available during working hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of BIM Engineering / BIM Coordination experience, including multidisciplinary coordination. Experience in construction or contracting companies and with PMO/project monitoring is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks (clash detection); working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards and ISO 19650 principles; experience with CDE / digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint reporting skills; strong analytical, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Professional BIM or Autodesk (Revit / Navisworks) certification is a plus. Clear communication in English.
