We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Engineer – MEP to review and comment on technical documentation submitted by consultants and project teams for new-build, conversion and renovation hotel projects across the MEAT region.
Responsibilities
- Review and comment on technical documentation submitted by consultants and project teams for new-build, conversion and renovation projects.
- Provide technical coordination and back-of-house planning input across projects in the region.

- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing and drainage
- Fire alarm and fire suppression systems
- Fire and Life Safety
- Lighting systems
- Audio-visual systems
- Acoustics
- Kitchen, laundry and waste equipment
- Back-of-house planning and technical coordination
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of international experience in MEP design, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong consultancy-side experience in the design and coordination of MEP and ELV systems for hotel and mixed-use projects.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound technical and business decisions.
- Highly organized, hands-on team player with strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant engineering and design software.
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good command of English.
