IT System Administrator / Endpoint Support Specialist (Remote, UAE-Based Company)

We are looking for an IT System Administrator / Endpoint Support Specialist to configure and support laptops for new and existing employees across our regional branches, and to keep devices securely connected to our Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure laptops for new and existing employees (remotely, with on-site staff assistance where needed).
• Windows setup, application installation and standard configuration.
• Security configuration: updates, antivirus / endpoint protection, encryption and policies.
• Connect devices and users to our Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune where applicable).
• Provide endpoint support and troubleshooting for staff across regional branches.
• Maintain device inventory and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a system administrator or IT support / endpoint specialist.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows deployment, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune / endpoint management.
• Good understanding of endpoint security best practices.
• Ability to work remotely with staff in different locations, with clear communication in English.
• Experience with Dynamics / Business Central client setup is a plus.
